This well-established estate agency is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager to join their successful team in their central located Kingston office.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience as a Lettings professional with a proven track record in this job role. You must be able to thrive in a pressurised environment as well as possessing confidence, communication skills and leadership. 

The company have a network of offices locally so there will be further opportunities to progress your career with a realistic chance of moving into a more senior managerial role in the near future. ARLA qualifications would be beneficial though are not essential as full support and training will be provided to enable you to gain the relevant qualifications.

Our client will be offering a basic salary of £25,000 as well as a company car, and a commission package enabling you to earn £50-60,000. If you exceed your targets and their expectations you will have the potential to earn in excess of this amount so the role will suit a driven and ambitious individual, hungry for success and financial reward.
