We have just been instructed by a multi-award winning Estate & Lettings Agency with a very strong presence in the Brighton and Hove area. This well-regarded firm has an exciting opening for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the team in their high profile Hove office. The role will offer an excellent career opportunity and above average earning potential in a well-respected organisation.

You will report in to the Branch Manager and be required to:

  • Ensure personal compliance with all legal, technical and administrative systems
  • Work as part of a team
  • Understand the company values and implement them positively each day
  • Attract vendors and applicants
  • Sell properties and additional services at the agreed targets
  • Ensure high quality customer care at all times

Your key tasks will include:

  • Qualifying applicants and potential vendors
  • Generating viewings and offers
  • Negotiating offers to agreed deals
  • Achieving personal and individual activity targets
  • Generating listing opportunities
  • Collating own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
  • Implementing branch plan with Branch Manager in line with the group strategic plan
  • Conducting marketing review calls in line with company standards

This exciting position will come with a basic salary of £15-22,000 that will very much depend upon your level of experience and track record, and an attractive commission package in a busy office giving you the opportunity to earn £30-35,000. The company will also provide a pool car and a mobile phone for business use.
