This well-regarded independent estate agency has an enviable market share in the west London / Middlesex area. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Estate Agent to manager for one of their offices in the Uxbridge area.

The office concerned has a busy sales department and is very active in both new homes and second hand sales. The team includes sales negotiators and a secretary, and the office has a very healthy pipeline and is on target to do excellent levels of business in 2015. The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in a similar role, with an above average market appraisal conversion rate.

Knowledge of Uxbridge and the surrounding area would also be very beneficial, but it is by no means essential. To be considered, you will need experience of working in a similar market though. The company deal with properties ranging in price in all areas of the market so a background listing and selling in this type of market, along with the ability to take an already successful business forward are essential. They also have a very strong new homes presence, so previous experience in this sector would be beneficial.

The company will consider a very strong Assistant Manager or Valuer / Lister looking to move into management as long as he/she has the leadership skills to manage a team.

The salary will consist of a basic in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 with an attractive commission package giving realistic on target earnings of at least £60-70,000 based on current office performance. There is also a company car or car allowance available.
