This highly regarded firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their busy Lettings & Sales Department based in Marylebone, Central London. The company also has a successful network of offices throughout London and the country.
It is essential that you have strong administration skills, along with the ability to prioritise and work in an organised manner. You will also need to be a team player, have strong customer service skills, a good working knowledge of residential Estate Agency, a confident and clear telephone manner and be proactive in taking the initiative. CFP WinMan experience and NFoPP qualification would be a distinct advantage, but are not essential.
Duties include a variety of administration tasks:
- Taking calls and dealing with clients
- Accurate filing
- Diary management
- Client correspondence, and updating databases and spreadsheets
- Providing marketing support for both sales and lettings
- Sending weekly canvas cards and daily marketing letters.
Working within a team environment, you will have great communication and customer service skills, strong time management skills, outstanding IT skills (MS Office, Internet Explorer, & Adobe Reader) and a great attitude to supporting the team achieve their goals. You will have attention to detail, be highly accurate, you will be working with a number of professionals & the role will require you to maintain confidentiality. Enthusiasm and a professional manner will ensure you succeed in this role. It goes without saying you need experience of working in a busy administration environment, experience of customer service is required. This role involves coordinating advertising, diary management and drafting letters, reports and invoices. They offer a supportive team environment, a competitive salary based on experience.
The package on offer for this role will very much depend on the level of relevant experience and ability and likely to be in the region of £24 – £28,000. This is a Monday to Friday role.
