Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join this highly regarded private landlord with a large portfolio of luxury properties in central London. They are looking to recruit a Receptionist for their Client Services Desk. The main purpose if the role is to operate the building’s main reception for tenants, commercial tenants and staff whilst providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with our client’s standards of performance, policies and procedures, in order to maximise customer satisfaction.

The responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Answering telephone and email requests, particularly for maintenance works, from residents, commercial tenants and staff
  • Handling all incoming telephone calls adhering to the set standards
  • Raising work tickets on the facilities database and issuing these to the relevant departments
  • Answering queries raised by tenants and staff, and/or directing them to the relevant staff
  • Monitoring and investigating outstanding jobs
  • Several ad-hoc admin tasks such as raising purchase orders and liaising with external contractors
  • Manning reception which works on a shift pattern on a rota basis

To be considered you will need the following skill sets:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Lettings back ground (familiar with tenancy agreements)

This opportunity is a Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm role which will come with a basic salary that will very much depend on the successful candidate’s level of experience and expertise. As a guideline, the salary will range between £18,000 and £21,000.
