Due to expansion within their New Homes division, this extremely successful global property company is keen to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for one of their sites in the Canary Wharf area. The company is a major player in the New Homes arena that has an enviable market share and an excellent reputation. They work with quality developers selling quality homes in London.
This role would suit a mature individual with at least 12 to 18 months experience in selling new build in central London.
The basic salary on offer will depend on the level of experience of the successful candidate but will be in the range of £25,000 to £35,000. On top of this commission will be paid per unit sale with realistic on target earnings of £75,000 to £100,000.
The position will involve a 5 day working week which will include 3 out of 4 weekends and Bank Holidays. When worked, days will be given in lieu.
