An excellent opportunity for an experience Lettings Manager to join this privately-owned estate agency with an excellent local reputation. Based in Surrey, they have been established for over 15 years and have a high profile offices in Surbiton.

The company is now looking to recruit a lettings professional to head up their lettings division. There is quite a degree of flexibility in terms of the ideal candidate for the role: it could suit someone looking for the next step in his/her career, or someone already at a more senior level.

To be considered for this opportunity you should:

  • Be highly-motivated, energetic and professional
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets and gaining instructions
  • Be able to show excellent leadership skills and have the ability to manage a team successfully
  • Have above average business development skills
  • Have superb communication skills
  • Have excellent administrative, organisational and planning skills

This role would suit a driven and ambitious individual as there will be the opportunity to grow with the company, and at the same time have a major say in the running of this side of the business. Working closely with the director of the firm, you will ultimately be responsible for the Lettings team and co-ordination of the department accordingly, assisting in recruitment and training of staff and also in business development.

The package on offer will very much depend on the ability and experience of the successful candidate but is likely to be in the region of £50,000.
