This is a superb opportunity to manage the Lettings Department of one of London’s premier estate agencies in one of their Prime Central London offices. The company is looking to recruit a highly-motivated, energetic and professional lettings professional to manage the successful team in what is a highly profitable office.

To be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets and gaining instructions, and to have worked previously for another leading estate agency in central London. You should also be able to show excellent leadership and business development skills, and the ability to manage a team successfully. You should also have superb communication skills and excellent administrative, organisational and planning skills. The company may potentially consider an Associate/Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to move into management.

This challenging role will come with an excellent package including a substantial basic salary, a car allowance, high earning potential, health care and a pension after a qualifying period.
