This privately-owned estate agency specialises in the sales and lets of country and village properties throughout Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Based in the Petersfield area, they have an excellent reputation for providing an extremely efficient and professional service to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants alike.

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings professional to manage their residential Lettings department and as a result are keen to talk to any experienced rentals agents with a proven track record in listing, valuing, marketing and letting properties, particularly at the top end of the country house market, especially in Hampshire.

To be considered, you will need to have the presentation and communication skills to be able to work within such a market place. The company would consider an individual who is perhaps relocating from London to the area, and also someone currently working at Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager level.

The main purpose of this exciting opportunity will be to increase business levels whilst at the same time building and developing their managed portfolio of properties.

The package on offer will very much depend on the level of experience and ability of the individual, but will be a generous basic salary plus team bonus and a mileage allowance. The basic is likely to be in the £30,000 to £40,000 range, and the hours of work will be 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays worked on a rota basis, but somewhere between 1in 4 and 1 in 8 Saturdays worked.
