One of London’s leading London and International estate agency & property groups is recruiting a Corporate, Relocations and Short Lets Consultant. They are looking to employ a driven and motivated property services consultant to join one of their successful Central London office, based in Mayfair. Whilst their estate agency offices are predominantly based in prime areas of central London, they also cover a number of other locations across the capital.
Working alongside a team of three in their head office, the core role of the Corporate & Short Lets department is to generate applicants through developing relationships with national and international companies. The primary aim is to secure close ties internally and externally.
The job role will involve the following duties:
- Cold and warm calling existing and new clients
- Generating leads and developing accounts
- Registering and distributing applicants
- Chasing offices and closing deals
- Developing relationships through meetings and presentations
- Managing corporate accounts
Skills required for the role:
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Highly driven and determined
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident on the telephone
- Extremely organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales or relevant property industry knowledge
To be considered for this position you are likely to already be working in a competitive environment, and whilst ideally in a similar role, our client will consider candidates who have recently graduated who are looking to take the next step in their career.
This exciting opportunity will pay an initial guarantee of £22,000 for four months, followed by a basic salary in the region of £15,000 and an excellent commission / incentive where you will be able to realistically earn in the region of £30-35,000 per annum. It is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm role and is based in one of their central London offices which is well located and very close to a tube station so very easy to commute to.
