Job Description

This company offers a wide range of property investments from completed and tenanted buy to let apartments to city centre student property investments. The company is well established within the industry, offering a wide range of services to facilitate investors. They are currently recruiting for a Client Care Assistant to join their team of property professionals in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in administration and the company will also provide a full intensive training programme.

Main purpose of role:

  • Processing reservation payments and contracts
  • Liaising with clients who are purchasing property
  • Liaising with solicitors and property developers
  • Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
  • Handling client feedback
  • Liaising with buyers to exchange and complete on property purchases

Person Specification:

  • Experience in administration
  • Proactive and confident
  • Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and with a positive attitude
  • Should be goal orientated, target driven, self-motivated, organised and sociable individual
  • Thrive on taking on responsibility
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service skills

The basic salary on offer will be £22,500 and on target earnings of a realistic amount of £30,000 in the first year. The hours of work will be from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
