Job Description

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant within an established property investment company in the West End of London. The successful candidate will be working closely with the residential property team, handling an extensive property portfolio throughout the country. To be considered for this role you will need to have accounts experience, and although experience within the property industry would be preferred, the client may consider candidates with accounts experience outside of the industry. Organisation and the ability to prioritise is key. This role is based within a relatively small team where a ‘can do’ attitude, attention to detail and communication skills are vital.

Duties will include;

• Processing invoices, receipts and payments
• Preparing and issuing company invoices
• Checking company bank statements
• Dealing with all company financial paperwork and filling

This exciting role comes with a competitive salary package of between £30-40,000 depending on experience level, and is based at the client’s Mayfair office. This is a Monday – Friday role and hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. You will also be entitled to 20 days holiday plus all public bank holidays.
