Job Description

A fantastic career opportunity has arisen within this highly-regarded bespoke property and lettings agency in London, operating in Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea. They offer high quality services across all aspects of property sales, lettings and property management from their prime central London location in Knightsbridge, London SW3.

The company is currently looking to recruit a Negotiator to join the Lettings team, working closely with their experienced Manager doing the following:

  • Registering prospective tenants
  • Arranging and accompanying them on viewings
  • Gaining feedback following viewings
  • Feed back to landlords
  • Negotiation between tenants and landlords
  • Lease agreements
  • General administration and office work

Local knowledge of the area would be beneficial, but is not essential. However, you will need to be able to communicate comfortably and effectively with corporate and high net worth individuals.

Although 6 to 12 months’ lettings experience is preferred, the company is willing to take on somebody without any experience within the property industry, although it is vital that the candidate has previous sales or customer facing experience within another industry. They are looking for a presentable, reliable and confident person who is comfortable with communication and negotiating on the phone and in person, and is able to demonstrate a success in a target driven environment. Excellent presentation and a focus on the property industry is also essential.

This excellent career opportunity comes with a higher than average basic salary of up to £18,000, and the chance to earn a realistic on target earnings of £30,000-£35,000 within your first year, along with bonuses for hitting targets. A pool car is provided, so a driving licence is essential but you will be able to commute to the office using public transport so there are no parking issues. As an added bonus, this is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm role so there is no weekend work.
