Job Description

This well established estate agency with a network of offices in south west London is looking to recruit an Administrator for their Residential Sales department. You will ideally have at least six months’ experience working in the property industry, though this is not essential as long as you already have a background in administration in another industry. This position is based in their Balham office in London SW12.

The responsibilities include:

  • All office administration
  • General typing
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Window displays
  • Property lists
  • Advertising and particulars

Our client is looking for an efficient, organised and motivated individual who can work well under pressure. This position will pay a basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 depending on your level of experience and is a Monday to Friday role.
