An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled property professional and business person to manage a group of estate agency offices in London. The company is well respected and its network of offices specialises in the sale of top quality homes in city, town and country locations. They handle the sale of a wide variety of properties from character cottages to modern executive houses, and penthouse apartments to larger family homes. Due to a strategic re-shaping of the business, the company is now looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead, manage and develop a network of about 10 offices.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of creating, maintaining and developing a profitable business within a well-regarded estate agency, preferably in the middle to upper end of the market, and will almost certainly have had previous multi-branch experience. Our client is also particularly interested in considering candidates with London estate agency experience.
An attractive, performance driven, package with benefits that are commensurate with a position of this seniority and importance will be offered to the successful candidate. In the first instance, the basic salary is likely to be in the region of £80-100,000, with an annual salary of c. £120-150,000 and many added benefits.
