This well-regarded independent estate agency with a network of offices locally is looking for a lettings manager for their office in Guildford, Surrey. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a working knowledge of the Guildford area, and ideally are working in the city now. This is a competitive market place so you will need to be energetic, focused and proactive. Our client may consider an experienced senior lettings negotiator or assistant lettings manager looking to gain his/her first foothold in management. You will, however, need to have excellent listing skills along with a proven track record of success, unquestionable business acumen and have a strong sales focus. ARLA qualifications would also be preferable. Basic salary in the region of £20-25,000, perhaps more for the right individual, along with a further £5,000 car allowance – OTE in the region of £45-50,000. They are prepared to guarantee a negotiated salary for the first 6 months.
