This well-regarded independent estate agency with a network of local offices is looking for a sales manager for this small but well-established office in Wallingford, Oxon. You should be enthusiastic, focused and proactive. Managerial experience is not vital as this would be a good stepping stone into management for an experienced senior sales negotiator or assistant manager looking to gain their first foothold in management. You will, however, need to have excellent listing skills along with a proven track record of success, unquestionable business acumen and have a strong sales focus. The position comes with a basic salary in the region of £25,000, and there is the potential to earn around £50,000. A generous car allowance will also be provided.
