Our client, a leading privately owned estate agency with a network of offices locally, is currently looking to recruit a sales manager for their Fulham office. They are very flexible over who they would like to employ for the role, but they need someone who has very strong valuations / listings skills, and ideally in the Fulham area, or a similar market. They are prepared to guarantee the right individual for up to 6 months, and they are flexible with regards to overall package for the right individual. Ideally they would like someone who has managed a residential department before, but they may consider an experienced and ambitious sales negotiator who is ready for his/her first managerial opportunity.
