Our client is one of Hertfordshire’s leading independent agencies. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lettings professional to manage and further develop their already very successful Lettings department in their Harpenden office. This position represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and offers high earning potential and excellent long term career prospects. The ideal candidate will have had several years experience in residential lettings, ideally be ARLA qualified., be dedicated and ambitious, able to work on their own initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to list/value and any managerial experience would be beneficial though our client would be prepared to look at a senior lettings negotiator for this role. The position will come with a £35-40,000 package and will include a car allowance
