Our client is one of the leading agencies in the borough of Richmond. They have an excellent reputation and an enviable market share in the area in their sales and lettings businesses. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to be based in Richmond. You will need to look after their Landlords’ properties during tenancies making sure the properties, wherever possible remain in the condition in which they were first let. Organising all maintenance works with speed and efficiency, ensuring that repairs are carried out without delay and in a cost-effective manner. This position requires a lot of liaison with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors who must be kept fully informed at all times. Applicants will be excellent communicators, organised, empathetic and be customer service driven. You should have a minimum of one year’s experience and ARLA Level 1 is preferred though not essential as full support and training will be provided.
