Our client is a privately owned estate agency with a couple of well-established, high profile offices in the Kensington area. Due to an internal promotion, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced lettings negotiator for their Kensington office. This role would be ideal for a ‘second jobber’ in the industry, perhaps someone who has had 6-12 months experience for another lettings agent. Your role will predominantly be to do deals so no previous valuations experience is necessary or required. You will need to be very well presented and have excellent communication skills to be considered. This exciting role comes with a basic salary of up to £18,000 and a highly incentivised commission package giving you the realistic opportunity to earn in the region of £40,000 annually. A pool car is provided for business use.
