Our client is one of the country’s leading estate agencies with a reputation for delivering exceptional service. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced lettings negotiator capable of valuing and taking on property and also someone who is happy to work to personal targets. This role would suit an ambitious senior negotiator looking to make the move towards managing a lettings department, as this would be the perfect stepping-stone. Our client would prefer someone who is ARLA qualified though this is not essential as full training and support will be provided. They will pay a basic salary in the region of £18,000, a generous car allowance and personal commission based on lets and instructions gained.
