I have spent 20 years now running Property Personnel and I am extremely proud of the high standards that I see being set around me every day, and also of the reputation we have built over the years for honesty and integrity. As a recruitment consultancy, we are only as good as the team working here and I firmly believe ours is amongst the best in this industry.
Myself and the team below have worked together at Property Personnel for over 50 years now, and I strongly believe that this demonstrates we are as serious about our careers as we are about yours!
With Property Personnel continuing to go from strength to strength, we now have ambitious plans to grow the business organically and to raise the standards within our industry. As a consequence we are constantly re-evaluating our services to continue this development.
On a personal note, I am very excited about continuing to build relationships and partnerships with our clients and candidates alike over the next 20 years!

Lettings & Management Division
Allison Dalrymple - Manager

Allison commenced her career in estate agency working on the Isle of Wight. Working for a market-leading independent, she was initially employed as an administrator before working her way up to cover Sales, Lettings and Property Management. She was also given the responsibility for the opening of the company's Seaview office during the summer months to service all the holiday home buyers, many of whom were from the London area. Following conversations with several of these clients she set her sights on moving to the big city! Allison subsequently moved to London in 1998 joining one of central London's leading estate agents as a Lettings Negotiator in their Knightsbridge office. Allison also worked successfully in their Mayfair office before being promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator where she is assisted in the opening of a new West London office in 2000.
At this time Allison decided that she wanted to pursue a career in recruitment, but at the same time utilise her experience in the estate agency field. She started with Property Personnel in early 2001, where she was given the sole responsibility for the Lettings & Management Division. Breaking all departmental records along the way, Allison has taken the Lettings & Management Division to new heights. Emma Coates joined Allison in 2003, and after continuing to smash targets Natalie Gold moved over from Residential Sales to the Lettings & Management team in 2008.
Allison is ARLA qualified.

Natalie Gold - Consultant

In the 5 years since completing her further education, Natalie's background has been in Sales and Customer Services, and before joining Property Personnel was working in Fleet Sales.
At the end of 2004 Natalie was keen to change the direction of her career. She decided that she wanted to either become an Estate Agent or a Recruitment Consultant and approached Property Personnel. Natalie subsequently joined the company at the beginning of 2005, working alongside Jason in the Residential Sales Division. She immediately became a very popular member of the team and was given the responsibility of developing new business within Residential Sales. Due to the change in market conditions, Natalie joined the Lettings & Management team in 2008 where she has settled in extremely well.

Emma Coates - Senior Consultant

Having graduated from Durham University in 2003, and following much research into suitable career paths, Emma decided that she wished to pursue a career in recruitment. At the time Property Personnel were looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee to join Allison in the Lettings & Management Division and Emma was selected from some very strong competition.
Emma immediately became a vital member of the team and the company, and she has successfully achieved her targets since joining. Having been with Property Personnel for 4 years, she is now also responsible for winning new business and expanding her candidate network through recommendations and referrals. 2006 was a record year for Emma in terms of the number of candidates she placed and the level of fees billed. As a reward for her achievements and loyalty to the company, Emma was promoted to Senior Consultant at the beginning of 2007.
In October 2008, Emma got married and joined her husband Paul in the USA where he is furthering his already successful career. As Emma is part of the Property Personnel family her job is being left open for her return to the UK!
Residential Sales Division
Jason Harvey - Manager

Having completed a diploma in Business and Finance Jason joined a leading mortgage company. After a short time, he was promoted to the position of underwriter, responsible for assessing all new applications. Following 3 successful years in this role Jason joined Hambro Countrywide, where he worked within their Relocation and Repossessions departments, becoming promoted to manage the property table, dealing with in excess of 700 properties.
Jason joined Property Personnel in 1997, initially recruiting for all areas of the residential agency market. Shortly after joining Property Personnel the company took the innovative step of creating specialist departments to enable them to concentrate more specifically on their clients' and candidates' needs. At this time Jason was promoted to Account Manager within the Residential Sales Division. Over the past few years, this division has grown from strength to strength, and Natalie Gold was recruited into the team at the beginning of 2005. Jason now covers the day to day management of this Residential Sales Division as Property Personnel continue to expand their client base and place an ever increasing number of candidates.
