Property Personnel was established by its owner and managing director, Anthony Hesse, in 1988. Before this date, recruitment agencies specialising in estate agency simply didn't exist.  By breaking new ground, therefore, our objective was to provide a much-needed service that was to involve us becoming one of the most successful suppliers of quality staff to the residential estate agency industry.

As well as pioneering recruitment in residential estate agency within the UK, Property Personnel have always undoubtedly been a market leader in this field. Having now traded for over 20 years, we literally know our industry 'inside out' and we are just as passionate about its future as we were the day we first opened our doors.
