I have spent 23 years now running Property Personnel and I am extremely proud of the high standards that we set every day, and also of the reputation we have built over the years for honesty and integrity. As a recruitment consultancy, we are only as good as the team working here and I firmly believe ours is amongst the best in this industry. As a team, we have worked together at Property Personnel for over 50 years now, and I strongly believe that this demonstrates we are as serious  about our careers as we are about yours!

With Property Personnel continuing to go from strength to strength we have ambitious plans to grow the business organically and to raise the standards within the industry. As a consequence we are constantly re-evaluating our services to continue this development.

On a personal note, I am very excited about continuing to build relationships and partnerships with our clients and candidates alike.

Joanna joined Allison in our Lettings & Management division in 2009. Having graduated from university with a degree in Drama & Creative Writing, Joanna joined the BBC before working in Hotel Management. She soon decided that this was not the industry for her, and decided to focus on a career in Recruitment.

Joanna is very much a people person and a team player, and relishes the challenge that will undoubtedly be thrown at her in recruitment. Her strengths are her communication, time management and organisational skills, and she particularly enjoys meeting people and learning to understand their needs; vital traits in a recruitment consultant!

Georgina is the newest member of the team at Property Personnel, joining Allison and Joanna in the Lettings and Management division in 2011. Georgina graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Media and Cultural studies, and has since worked within the hospitality industry. Having decided that this what not the career path for her, she decided to focus on a career in recruitment. 

Georgina loves dealing with people and thrives in a challenging environment. Her strengths are her communication and time management skills, and she particularly enjoys the variety involved in meeting new people, and in building a lasting relationship with them.

Having completed a diploma in Business & Finance Jason joined a leading mortgage company. After a short time he was promoted to the position of underwriter, responsible for assessing all new applications. Following three successful years in this role Jason joined Hambro Countrywide where he worked within their Relocation & Repossessions departments, becoming promoted to manage in excess of 700 properties.

Jason joined Property Personnel in 1997, initially recruiting for all areas of the estate agency market. Shortly after joining us, the company took the innovative step of creating specialist departments to enable us to concentrate more specifically on our clients' and candidates' needs. Jason now covers the day to day management of this Residential Sales Division.

Having graduated from Durham University in in 2003, and following much research into suitable career paths, Emma decided that she wished to pursue a career in Recruitment. At the time Property Personnel were looking to recruit a graduate trainee to join Allison  and Emma was selected from some very strong competition. She immediately became a vital member of the team and the company, and she successfully achieved all targets set. Emma spent five years with us enjoying several record years.

In October 2008, Emma got married and joined her husband Paul in the United States where he is now furthering his already successful career. As Emma is part of the Property Personnel family her job is being left open for her return to the UK!
