Our history

Property Personnel was established by its owner and managing director, Anthony Hesse, in 1988. Before this date, recruitment agencies specialising in estate agency simply didn't exist.  By breaking new ground, therefore, our objective was to provide a much-needed service that was to involve us becoming one of the most successful suppliers of quality staff to the residential estate agency industry.

As well as pioneering recruitment in residential estate agency within the UK, Property Personnel have always undoubtedly been a market leader in this field. Having now traded for over 22 years, we literally know our industry 'inside out' and we are just as passionate about its future as we were the day we first opened our doors.

In what has become an increasingly competitive market place, we continue to go from strength to strength. This is primarily, we believe, because we treat our clients and candidates alike in a way that we would like to be treated:

• We are highly professional in our approach. We never send a candidate's C.V. to any of our clients without gaining the candidate's permission first.
• We are truly consultative, adding value by giving advice to both our clients and candidates.
• We are totally honest (often even blunt!) with both our clients and our candidates. Having successfully traded for 22 years we have already proved that we are looking for quality, long term business, not short term gain.
• We are passionate about our business, and passionate about residential estate agency as a career.
